I moved in some apartments that were owned by some other company and then asset management took over. They are horrible at keeping up with the apartments. If you have a any problem at all, don't depend on them to fix it. I don't think I have seen a pest control person in over 6 months. With the old management, I would see pest control once a month. Also they are bad at keeping up with the property grounds. The grass never gets mowed or tidy.
