Review for C Bar T Properties Apartments

I have lived at the Prairie Walk Apartments for over a year and so far I really like it. The neighbors, for the most, are friendly and quiet. It would be nice if the walls were a bit thicker or better insulated. Occasionally I can hear someone's music, but it has never been an issue.
The staff at the office has always been friendly to me, and when my rent was overdue one month, they waived the late fee just because I asked.
They change the air filters and send someone to spray for bugs every month or so. Maintenance has always been timely. When I moved in there was a leaky faucet and they came in and fixed it right away; I haven't had any other problems.
Utilities are paid to the city, so those rates vary. The apartment allows pets, and since it is difficult to find an apartment that does, most of the people who live here have animals.
There are only 4 guest parking spots which are usually full, so parking sucks if you have lots of guests. And you will be towed you if park in the wrong spot.
Overall this is a nice place to live, it's not new or fancy, but it is clean and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly and it is really close to campus.
