Rented: From 2006 To 2007

My experience :
*My washer broke and flooded the floor. Wasn't fixed for a week and never cleaned up the soggy/ mildewed carpet
*Office staff was rude/ never returned phone calls when I would leave numerous messages
*They took my whole deposit and has the nerve to threaten me with collections if I didn't give them MORE money after I moved out!! $55.00 for carpet cleaning and $60 for paint??!! I left that place perfect and they just want to steal your money!
*They were never courteous to me: They wouldn't even give me any notice when they were showing my apartment to strangers. One time I had just gotten out of the shower when they ambushed me early in the morning!
