Review for Cole Place (Place To Be Apartment) Apartments

First of all, the apartment is very tiny. I came into it with a peeled off shower wall, a leaking shower head, a tub that doesnt plug up, and a door that wouldn't close properly. It takes me and my sister three or fours times just to unlock the front door because the lock is broken. There is no office on site, which means no pool, no spa, no rec center,and no maintenance man,etc. So basically nothing to do. They don't allow pets, but basically every person here has some type of animal. They walk their dogs outside every day. My sister and I had two cats and one day the office staff decided they were going to barge in and show complete strangers our apartment. They gave us a one minute warning. Neither I or my sister was home. They found our cats and charged us 200 dollars, and this is after invading our privacy. They have come back every day without notice walking in and bringing potential renters who I want to look at and say "trust me you don't want to live here!" last summer our window leaked from a rain storm and we called them over and over again to fix it, never hearing anything back. The wall had started to chunk off and get all over our carpet, which all this "damage" to the apartment will probably be added to our final bill. This is definitely NOT the place to be!!!
