My roommate and I have had an absolutely terrible experience at the Park Place apartments. It's always noisy; Place to Be will do nothing about it. They screwed us over in our lease agreement (which we actually nearly went to court over. I'd highly recommend the student lawyer on caompus, she's great). The apartment grounds are always dirty and never cleaned up. Our neighbors pile up trash outside of their apartments and apparently are never asked to remove them. The list really goes on and on... The only positve thing I have to say about them is that any time we'e needed maintenence it's always been very prompt and well taken care of. One time a maintenence guy helped me fix something over the phone. That, however, is only one pro in a never-ending list of cons.
