I have had nothing but problems from the rental office, Place To Be Apartments, on Carroll Ave. They are taking extra money out of the deposit check I am getting back because they mailed it to the wrong address. Things continually fell apart there and maintenance was slow, or non-existent all together. I loved the location and layout of my apartment, but the management make it hard to be satisfied. If you want good management and personell, I suggest that you not rent in any of the properties from Place to Be ... www.placetobeapartments.
