Rented: From 2006 To 2007

If you have a family or are not a college student, this isn't a good place to live. There are always parties going on and there's no parking. The office staff is of very poor quality and the maintenance men took 4 days to finally come look at the air conditioner. They closed the pool (which had had something wrong with it since WINTER) in July to fix it. In JULY...when everyone wanted to be there.
