Review for Ramsgate Apartments

I live in a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome and pay $780/mo. The square footage is nice and the price is ok. They keep the property clean and there is a Unfortunately that is it. They repainted before we moved in and obviously they let a 4 yr old do it. The paint runs in the bathroom from the condensation from the shower. They did not use painters tape and so the edges are not clean. My bar top slopes! They are very hard on visitor parking. They informed me before I moved in that they did not tow. 7 of my friends have been towed and they do it in the middle of the night so you don't realize it until the next morning. Water bills are allocated so you cannot save money even if you try to conserve water. My water bill for me and my boyfriend has consistantly been $40 or higher. We don't have a washer or dryer so it shouldn't be that expensive. The management is not very nice and they do not do good work. One month I received 5 different bills for people who don't live in my apartment. They have also lost my rent check twice. I have not moved out yet so I cannot speak for deposit return, but when I move in January I will post again.
