Review for Ramsgate Apartments

Moved in about a week ago, carpet is new, paint job is fresh and a nice beige color. These apartments are about 30-40 years old and mine seems to have some original appliances. The stove is not snug between counters, it's just been kind of stuck in and with nothing to stabilize it , wobbles alot. I also seem to have some wiring problems. lights flicker and dim if a plug in appliance is on. My toilet broke immediately, and I've been waiting three days for maintenance despite repeat requests. I have to stick my hand in the tank and manually lift the plunger.I could fix the problem myself but am not spending my own money on a new flusher. I also immediately had a major ant problem, we do not leave out food or dirty dishes, they have taken over every room in the house, have swarmed my laundry and my bed. The staff is nice enough, but seem ineffectual when it comes to resolving these issues. It being two am and me being covered in ant bites, because my bed is now full of ants (and yes these are big texas red fire ants) frankly I wish I could just turn around and leave.
