Rented: From 2007 To 2009

Overreaching and very rude management tries to control everything residents do. Maintenance is slow, and when they get around to it, usually do a sloppy job. The parking and appearance are also abysmal. Few spaces and if you park in the wrong spot be prepared to get towed. Unkempt landscaping and exterior walls make it a rather ugly place. Luckily you live on the inside where it is possible to cover up the old and bad paint job. Kitchen appliances are extremely old and inefficient. Have fun if you decide to make this horrible choice.
