Review for The Oaks Apartments

These are the same apartments but that isnt the formal address, its 425 Bernard st. anyway,
The apartment grounds are kept very neat and if you have a problem it will be fixed in a timely manner which is always a plus. The apartments are also well kept and the Oaks is generally a great place for students because it is so close to the UNT campus.

There is no visitor parking unless you retrieve a temporary pass from the office so if you plan to have people over frequently you might consider that. I try not to complain too much because i know it keeps non residents out of the parking spaces. My only other complaint is that even though the staff is always friendly they have on more than a few occasions made life harder than it has to be so to speak. For example, failing to record important information. Not that they wont do their job just make sure to approve anything as perhaps people should always do anyway so that there are not any surprises.
