Review for The Timberlinks At Denton Apartments

I've lived in these apts. for 1 1/2 years now. I do think they're nice...I like how they're out in the middle of no where...and all the trees and golf course surrounding the apts. so it helps w/ the privacy a bit. It's nice and quiet outside at night...you'd never know the highway is just a short distance. However, there are a lot of spiders and bugs especially in the summer (mainly outside) b/c of all the trees. And we've had a raccoon at our door several times but no big deal. The walls are extremely thin...in the living room we can hear the neighbors tv and can always hear cabinets being shut. The carpet is pretty cheap...stains easily. I do like the color of paint on the walls...it's not white. When we first moved in the staff was really rude but they seem to have gotten a bit better. The huge pool and fitness center and tanning beds are nice. The office just changed their hours and that's a pain b/c you don't get off work or classes until late and then it's already closed. I don't like how the pool and fitness center aren't open to your convience. Overall, there are some cons about the place but especially if you're a college student...it's perfect...my roommate and I think it's really nice...some things could be different but it's good for the price and location.
