Review for The Timberlinks At Denton Apartments

Ever heard of paying a full months rent when you move in on the 10th of the month? You do here..

Ever heard of a member of management tell you they can not take care of your SCORPION problem inside the apartment.. They sprayed 5 times outside--NOTHING inside....I Hired outside pest control and they took care of it.

Can hear your neighbor taking a bath(poor insulation) and paper thin walls.

The front staff was always shorthanded and never prompt on ANY request.. I believe that was a corporate issue..

Only direct bank draft to live here.. No writing checks.. Also continued drafting bank account AFTER you moved out.. Took a month to get rent refund back.. Hats off to Taylor to help me do that in the front office..

This complex is set in a area of town that is very sandy and prone to all kinds of insects and bugs.. Also next to the city dump..

I MUST say this is the the most beautiful complex I have lived in ever.. The views are awesome and along with the golf course on the property it is a nice place..

Rent is VERY affordable for what you get at timberlinks.

Maybe by now the Management Team has corrected the issues
I described above and if they did I would move in..

Lots of college folks but not to loud..
