Review for The Timberlinks At Denton Apartments

I have lived in a lot of apartments and this one is the best by far. It is a great value for what you get (although they have recently come under new managment and rent may be going up). The views of the golf course are beautiful. The clubhouse is very nice and has free tanning and a huge workout center.
The apartment itself is very well insulated and I hardly ever hear the neighbors. The appliances are new and every apartment comes with a full size washer and dryer. The upstairs apartments have vaulted ceilings which make the living room very spacious. The carpet is in good condition and the walls are painted a nice color with crown molding. The cabinets look a little cheap, but are about average compared with other apartments. I have had to call maintance several times for different small things, but they are always speedy and friendly and usually get it fixed the first time. Overall, this is a great complex and I would recommendend it to anybody.
