Review for The Timberlinks At Denton Apartments

I have lived in many apartments/homes in my lifetime and have to say that I have never been triple billed for cable T.V. $45.00 from the Lynd Company, that they did not bill for 5 mos. and now....They Are Back! I have to pay 30 some odd dollars to Primecast, which after 9 mos of not billing sent me a bill for 384.00 for Cable and Internet. Internet I never had so I called to get that rectified. I am hoping they will do the honorable thing and take it off my bill. We have to pay Direct TV about 34.00 a month to have the service. I can get cable, internet and a phone for this amount through Verizon! But no, The Lynd Co. has a monopoly going on so they can get a cut for this service. When I 1st moved in the basic cable was free and if you upgraded it was something like 15.00 a month. You add the cable bill on top of the rent of $865.00 a month, this went up $95.00 in this economy, and it is not worth it!!!! The only reasonn I have stayed is because of my daughters school. When she is out of it, we are out of Timber Links! The office staff is incompetent, rude, condescending very unprofessional. If I acted this way at my job I would be fired! I deal directly with customers and would be reported everyday if I treated my customers the way the Lynd Company treat it's customers! I guarantee that when I do move they will not only keep my deposit but, charge me extra for cleaning when the apartment was not clean to begin with. I reported this but it will not amount to anything! Leah assured me that I would not get my deposit back even if there is a walk through!
