Rented: From 2001 To 2005

I moved to Westwind in 2001 and have never had a real problem. In the over 4 years I have been here I have ONCE had a problem with ants, but they took care of it as soon as I brought it to their attention. Parking is bad at certain times, but they have started enforcing the rules and I now pay a little extra for covered parking. Managment has always been nice. They care about their residents and want to make sure they are happy. But, I recommend going in person to make a complaint rather than calling. Also, make sure you get a manager instead of regular employee. This isn't normally difficult to do.

I am actually looking for a new apartment because I need a bigger place, and I believe I am going to stay in this complex. They are offering a great deal on a place that has a fireplace and two bedrooms.

You will encounter the normal problems that you encounter when renting anywhere. I highly recommend this place though.
