Review for Westwind Apartments

I absolutely love this apartment complex. I have lived here for two years. I have lived in many apts and the customer service here at Westwind is unbelievable. The staff has always been very helpful. Anytime i had something i needed repaired it was fixed within a day and they even fixed things they noticed that i didn't. One of the reasons i moved in here was because it had pretty landscaping (trees, flowers etc) and of course my apt was located with none of that but a huge dead tree in front of it so i wrote a simple note and put it in with my rent and within two or three days later the dead tree was removed (and this was a big tree). When it flooded my living room floor was wet. I went to the office and they had someone out to clean/dry the carpet within the hour. THe management failed to give me a notice to renew my lease and since it was their fault they kept my rent the same for my next lease contract. i have not yet moved out so as far as deposit and things of that nature i do not know yet. Overall i have loved living here. Oh yes i did have ants.. i just sprayed some raid and that seemed to work! :) They haven't come back. While searching for other apts to live in i haven't found any that have been as spacious for the price and with all the amenities that are offered.
