Rented: From 2002 To 2003

I didn't have any problems the first year I moved there, if you don't count the loud neighbor who played music all night that was very audible through the wall and actually made the walls vibrate, the other noisy neighbor whose dog barked all night long and during the day too, in fact. I suppose you would have to disregard the upstairs neighbors who walked so hard that my dishes actually rattled in the cabinets and some of my pictures fell off teh walls. And overlook the fact that management never returned my calls about the complaints and their supposed
