| Very noisy place. There is a terrible noise echo between the parking log and the buildings. Typical noise is from unsupervised kids yelling, constant.... Desoto Ranch |

| 24 hour emergency maintanence means (when we get to it) the only time anything is repaired is when it is time to renew the lease. The manager is numb.... Wooded Creek |

| This is the worest complex in TEXAS! You can expect to wait at least 3 months to get something fix. The manager is VERY RUDE!!!!!!! You are better of.... Wooded Creek |
