Review for Desoto Ranch Apartments

I did enjoy living in Desoto Ranch and the management enjoyed me until I needed assistance removing mice from my apartment. They did respond to the request and attempted to rid the apartment of mice. When they were unable to do this they offered me a new apartment however, they refused to assist me with any moving expenses even though I had been extremely patient in allowing them to stop the mice. I have a 15 month old son and put my foot down when I saw him touching a dead mouse. They refused to release me from my lease even though they are responsible for providing tenants with safe and sanitary places to live.
