Review for Desoto Ranch Apartments

Very noisy place. There is a terrible noise echo between the parking log and the buildings. Typical noise is from unsupervised kids yelling, constant barking from dogs left on balconies, cars with loud music, and some neighbors fighting. All of which is at any given time of the day or night. Plus, the walls are paper thin so you can pretty much hear anything that goes on in the next apartment. Good luck getting any sleep if your apartment faces the parking lot. Parking is a tough-luck in finding a nearby space. Pool hours are arbitrary. Gym access is limited. Water fountains in the club hous have never worked. Security gates are a joke - anyone can get in. The complex looks great and is in a good location but in the last year or so it's becoming more and more like living in the "hood."
