I saw the other three reviews when Arbor Visita was under previous management. I don't see any of that now. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well kept--I especially like the club house that you can rent for only $100. Nicest one I have seen in El Paso so far. There is a little noise, but no more than I would expect when you live with a few hundred people in the same area. The security is on duty only at night, but managment and maintenance is there, so I don't see that as a problem...plus it is gated.
The other three negative comments all were Anonymous, so I hope you keep that in mind. They might have been disgruntled bad tenants. I am attending the Sergeants Major Academy---hoping that other of my peers will join me here (and help to keep it a great place to live).
