I haved lived here less than a year and in that time the water has been out three times, the power four(once for 12 hours on a 90+ degree day!), my roof leaks when it rains, and the lock busted on my front door leaving me stuck in the apartment waiting for three hours for the "on call" maintenence person. The apartments are old and they do not have the time, money or staff to properly maintain them. I would not recomend this apartment to ANYBODY!!
