Review for Arbor Vista Apartments

We have mold growing around the bottom floor air vents. It took them almost 6 months to fix the dish washer which had about 4 inches of water in the bottom in my friends appartment. Another friend had her car completely trashed. The power was out this summer from some time after midnight until about 6 p.m. after TWO news crews came out. They lock the laundry room nightly after 10 p.m. There are a lot of light fixtures on the property that DO NOT work and have not since I moved in a year ago.
