My wife and I love the location. Plenty of shopping within 5 minutes. Close to I-10. Property is well kept and lush with greenery. The units could use some updating but overall, anything needing replacing has been promptly taken care of. Only real complaint would be the condition of the staircases and balconies. Staircases are a bit steep; so watch your step, and the balconies could use some new planks.
