Pretty low priced. All utilities included in the rent. Very close to Ft. Bliss AND Carlos & Mickey's Restaurant which is definetly a plus when you go there and have one of their HUGE fishbowl margarita's Can walk back it's that close. (IF you can make it up the hill, that is :)
