If you are in a rush to find a place to live, Mesa Village seems like the right place to turn to. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you to get you in.

However, if you have an emergency like flooding or even any minor repair work like fixing faucets, you had better be patient. There are days involved in the wait. These offices are slow to respond and since the maintenance crews live on the Eastside of town, they are even slower to get to the site.

If you want emergency repairs done same day, I wouldn't hold my breath for more than a carpet blower to hold back the flood until the end of the week.
