I've lived in these apartments since mid-September and so far have not had any unusual problems. Its been quiet and I've actually only heard my neighbors to the point where it was a little bothersome once... not bad considering how many people live in this complex.
People complaining about parking should realize that walking a couple further extra steps to a parking space that is a little further from their apt shouldn't be considered a fault of the complex. I call not getting a parking space directly in front of your unit LAZY.. there's no assigned parking so it's not as if someone has taken "your" spot. I've NEVER had a problem with parking.
I've had my a/c and heater worked on but the problems were fixed that day. I had a problem with my heater on a holiday and received a phone call back from the emergency maintenance worker within an hour. I think that's great considering it was a holiday. My biggest complaint would be with the bug problem. However, upon request the complex will have your apt sprayed for insects every week if you wish at no charge.
Overall I think this is a nice place to live. It's in a nice neighborhood and has nice mountainous views. I will definintely be renewing my lease..especially considering the low monthly rent.
