Review for Mountain Village Apartments

Once again mountain village is a horrible place to live. My dishwasher went out the first time. I called them and they supposedly fixed it. I ran the dishes TWICE, it broke again. I called the second time, they came out to fix it. It ran again TWICE and broke again. I finally got pissed and called them about it. They told me i would be getting a new dishwasher in two to three days. I was ok with that because they had to order it and everything. When i called them, it was a saturday. management told me they were going to fax the order in on saturday and confirm on monday. Monday came and left, so did tuesday and wednesday. Finally i called them on thursday and asked about my dishwasher. they told me they would call me back, which they never did. come to find out, they didn't place the order till thursday because someone FORGOT to put it in. it has been 10 days since i called and still no dishwasher. there went 2-3 days of fixing it.
