NOT A HORRIBLE PLACE. BUT WHEN I MOVED IN THE CARPET WAS NOT CLEAN. I HAD TO PAY TO HAVE MY OWN CARPET SHAMPOOED. THEY SIMPLY VACUUMED IT.
