Review for Sand Pebble Apartments

I lived here for a year and by the end, we couldn't wait to get the hell out! The price is decent and you can't beat having all utilities paid...

PROS: - Location - Size of units (except kitchen) - Price - Office Staff is generally friendly

CONS - My best friend got his motorcycle stolen - Loud tenants (parties every weekend) - After I moved out, I got charged 1800 dollars and I didn't know about it until I checked out my credit report and called the collection agency. I steam cleaned the carpets and left things in prestine condition and I got charged for cleaning and a month of rent...even though my lease was up and shouldn't have been charged that month.. I went to sort it out, and they apparently lost my lease and information. BULL****! So, I'm paying for that.
