Review for Shadow Ridge Apartments

Maintenance is very good, but unresolved issues with management leaves me somewhat skeptical of the overall experience. The apartments are in good condition, but the AC units have given us extremely high bills and are not completely reliable.

The grounds are kept very clean, the pools fairly clean. The excercise room has poor/ unusable equipment. We picked this complex for that reason, but bought a membership elsewhere.

The rent is pretty pricey if you go month-to-month. Get a longer lease if you can.
