Review for Shadow Ridge Apartments

You can hear the guy walking around upstairs at all hours of the night. Management is never around but to send curt, rude, inpersonal messages to the residents through memos telling them what they can and can't do. They stop by your home unexpected and are very unprofessional toward the residents. Aside from collecting rent, passing down rules, and addressing complaints that are merely hearsay as though they were fact, management is only a shadow: ineffective, unpleasant, and rude.
The one great thing about this place is the maintenance staff. They are always prompt, helpful, kind, effective, and very, very pleasant.
