One thing is for sure, this place is aesthetically pleasing. The apartments are spacious and the balconies and patio's are bigger than most complexes. The maintenance guy always gets things taken care of in a timely manner. My only complaint are the two females working in the office. Getting anything done on time by them is like pulling teeth. They really never seem to know what is going on and if you have a problem that only they can take care of...well.....good luck. You will probably have to hound them everyday in order to get whatever you need done but after about a week or two of complaining every single day you may just get your problem taken care of.
