Apartment Review for Casa Barranca

I should have read the reviews before moving in. The "new" management likes to blame everything on the old management but they have issues of their own. Maintenence is terrible and they never complete the job that is started. Everything that is fixed is not done well and is sloppy. I realize this is a border town but the maintenence men should also be able to speak English better to accomodate the growing military community. Maintence will begin repairs and not finish unless you complain to the office, in which they attempt to put the blame back on you.
The utilities are very high and the apartment always hot. It is impossible to cool down my apartment especially after cooking or running the dishwasher. I have heard that they have made improvments but they still have a long way to go. They need to stop blaming "old" management and just take ressponsibility for the issues. I regret moving in and can't wait for my year to be up. Do not move here, they still have much work to do and until they get a new office manager customer service will not improve.
