Review for Citadel Apartments

Seriously, this is the worst place I have ever lived. When we moved in there was gum stuck under ALL of our counters and to our balcony. Neither toilet worked properly and to this day (nearly a month and a half later) they STILL have never come to fix our broken toilet, which completely flooded our upstairs. We ended up fixing it ourselves, and then they wouldn't pay us back for the parts! We were lied to about what apartment we would get, the office staff is COMPLETELY retarded and unorganized. A neighbor lost a cat and we found it, when the neighbor went into the office to ask them if anyone had mentioned finding a cat, THEY TOLD THEM NO! We ended up returning the cat after seeing fliers around the apartment nearly a week later! The people who drive through the area constantly have their stereos turned up so loud they wake us at night. THIS PLACE IS JUST AWFUL!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Plus, there are constantly car break ins!
