Apartment Review for Foxglove Apartments

Have lived here for two years, mostly because of the location. The apartments themselves are a good size, nice layout, decent price. They are livable. What is not livable is the management company who runs this place. They are a joke! In the time I've lived here, there has been a soldier wondering the grounds threatening suicide with a gun (SWAT team came out), another person was creating Molotov bombs in his bathroom in the building over (Bomb squad came out). He blew up some ATM's around town. The process with which they screen people makes you wonder.

The service is noteworthy in that it doesn't exist. There is a young woman in the office who does her best to help the residents, she clearly cares. But it can't rest on the shoulders of one staff person. There have been three managers here since we moved in. Who's the idiot that runs this place?

Summers in El Paso is easy 100+, try living in this without an air conditioner! For a month I tried to get them to repair it, requested copies of the work orders and nothing. I've given up.

Upstairs neighbor left water running and flooded my bathroom and hallway, mold is growing where it dripped because they never came to repair or paint the area. To get them to dry the carpets had to take an order from the president (sarcasm).

It's a shame because they spend so much time making the grounds look serene, but don't be fooled by this place.

Where is customer service? This property company clearly has one thing on it's mind, the appearance of occupancy and money, money, money. Not your comfort or satisfaction, and definitely not your safety. Just your money.

I guarantee you will regret living here. I certainly have.
