Apartment Review for Nouveau Place Apartments

This is the most horrible apartment complex I have ever lived in. It took them 3 weeks to fix the heater in my apartment. During this time we had a snow storm. This is very rare for El Paso. I kept calling the office and the most I got out of the manager is "If it gets too cold, you could always go stay with your parents." Then because the pilot light kept going out on the heater, I kept the window cracked less than a inch just to make sure I wasn't going to gas myself. Every morning the manager would come and threaten to evict me for cracking the window. One last thing, the carpet is 10 years old and it shows. Absolutely nasty. If you like slum lords and being bullied and threatened all the time this apartment is for you.
