Apartment Review for Pebble Hills Apartments

Where do I start....I have lived here since August 2008, only because I am stationed at FT Bliss, TX. The staff is truly what makes this apartment complex suck. Requesting maintence to come fix equipment in your apartment is nearly impossible. Payment bills are constantly posted on your outside door, even while you are home. The laundry room is highly disgusting that leaks water all over the floor with trash and dirt everywhere. And the worst part is the utility bill. This is how this leasing office issues out their utility bills; they are unable to read how much each sole apartment uses for utilites each month, so they split up how much each building uses for utilities and every month choose select apartments to pay that buildings utilities!!! So for example; if there is apartment A, B, C, D & E buildings and I live in A13, then I along with other select apartments in building A, will pay for building B's utilities!!! The staff here are ridiculous and shady to say the least!! DON'T LIVE HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!!
