I called this place about a week ago and they told me the apartments were beautiful and very spacious. I asked if they had any apartments to show and they said yes. When my husband and I arrived they told us they didn't have anything to show until the next day, gave us an application package after waiting for 5 minutes for them to find one. The office was not well kept, dirty, cabinets looked really old. So I figured that must be how their apts look. As I waited for them to find the application I looked outside and saw on top of one of the apts the air conditioner was all old with only 1 pad on it. We got the application and left. Immediately we left to go and put a deposit for the Windtree Apt's. This place sounds really good and looks good in pictures but when you see it you'll think you're in the ghetto!!
