Apartment Review for Puerta Villa At Pelicano

This is the by far the worst complex I have ever lived in. While it looks breathtaking and safe, it is far from it. The pool is often closed during the summer for weeks at a time to fix lighting, plumbing etc. They closed it over a week last May to paint around the pool. Closing the pool at the best time to swim? Laundry was closed several days at a time to fix hot water. That happens at least once a month. We used to have a water dispenser in the gym...gone now, too expensive. We used to be able to have coffee anytime...gone now, you can have one cup. The water is constantly being shut off for "repairs". And now for the best part, they broke the lease by cutting off our cable and making us pay for it even though we all had contracts saying the complex would pay for cable. I love it when big companies break major contracts....time to start talking to a lawyer.
