Apartment Review for Shadow Ridge

You can hear everything that your neighbors are doing, and when it is excessive, the management virtually takes no action to mediate the situation. The apartments are small and over priced. You can smell your neighbors cooking on a regular basis. The inside of the apartments are not maintained, in fact they are very dated with obvious maintenance neglect. Parking is nonexistent. Oh did I forget to mention that the apartments have substandard insulation and you can hear every car start up in the wee hours of the morning (soldiers going to PT at 5:30 - 6 AM). You will also have to deal with hearing the large dump trucks picking up and dropping the large dumpsters located throughout property's parking lot, on mondays, wednesdays and fridays at the crack of dawn or earlier. This place is nothing but problems; Shadow Ridge is managed by Case and Associates, aka slum lords. They are quick to demand a high amount of rent, yet provide you a substandard living for the inflated price.
