Apartment Review for Shadow Ridge

My wife and i PCS'd from GA and these apt's caught our eye, we were told free rent, no deposits and that we could have our dogs. We completely moved in and were happy until the maintenance guys reported that our dogs were illegal. So we jumped through hoops to RE-APPROVED after bein told they were fine by the office staff. Ended up having to lose the dogs or move out...we found a better place for a better price and moved out. 3 months later after i was already gone on my deployment, they slapped a 2100.00 follar collection on us for moving out after being told that we wouldnt be penalized.
