Apartment Review for Shadow Ridge

This place totally sucks and the people who manage it are so rude! The day we signed the lease they asked for a check for move in and it was way more than it should have been, I brought it up and they changed it and told us we have to get a money order for the new amount which we did. They told us that they would shred the check and that they already did when I asked for it back, about a week later they cashed it and took the money order leaving me with no money and costing me about 200 in overdraft fees...in their words "not our problem." They charged us for things that our upstairs neighbors did, entered the house w/o notice on numerous occasions. They were rude with every issue. They will charge you and evict you for things that are not your fault. STAY AWAY MILITARY!
