Apartment Review for Sunrise Apartments

I got stuck living here because of the deadline of moving from my previous apartment and everyone else was booked. I like the fact that the rooms are a decent size, but that is the only good thing about this place. They don't have any amenities, the people in the office completely ignore you unless you are giving them a rent check, you ask them to fix something and it takes months for them to come fix it. They control your heat and air so if youre cold in november and want some heat; tough luck! They send maintenance men to your house that dont speak english so they barely know what they are doing. I have been telling them for ages about the problems and hazards that I have in my apartment and they don't care. There are cats everywhere, and everything in the apartment is very old and breaks really easy. ****, you might as well live at a shelter because you would receive more courtesy there than here. I know what youre thinkin, this is my experience, not yours; but I was on the other side of the looking glass before, and I saw the reviews saying exactly what Im sayin now....I ignored them...I regret it so much now...Please do not move here, you will be angry and regretful..TRUST ME!
