If you are just moving in the inside of your apartment is probably remodeled. But for those of us who have lived here prior to new management we do not have remodled apartments. Old carpet, old appliances, and leaky plumbing. I have had many issues with getting things fixed. They will come to fix it, leave and never come back to finish the job. In fact, one maintenance guy left his tools here until I returned them to the apartment 6 months later. Also caught the guy who cleans the grounds going through the trash and opening mail. I confronted him but he spoke no English.

the apts have big floor plans and they move you in quickly. Right now they are doing alot of construction but they seem to be moving along pretty fast. Also the apt are now owned by integrity and have changed their name to casa barranca apts. the only complaint is that you can hear everything your neighbors do!! the walls are so thin. there really isnt many bugs like others say because the apts actually have a exterminator that can come every wed if you want. maintenace come very fast within the next couple of hours that you tell them abt the problem. Im very happy here

I read some of the reviews on here and don't know what these people are talking about? I was told the people in the office had asked people to move out that were not taking care of the apartments so it must be them mad at the people in charge. My apartment is a little small but has 2 toned paint which i didn't see anywhere else when I was looking. I have new carpet and tile and didn't have any issues when I moved in. I've been here 3 months and have not had one issue with anyone or anything and hey my rent is not high either. The man that cleans up outside is very nice and the people in the office went beyond and above to help me find the right apartment for me.
