Terrace Hills Apartments are located minutes away from I-10, ideal for downtown commuters. The property is right around the corner from Las Palms Rehabilitation Hospital and University of Texas at El Paso, making it a great place to live for hospital employees and students alike. Althea Park and Arroyo Park are both nearby, as are Como’s Number 1 Italian Restaurant and the Singapore Café. A few tenant reviews complain of noise and unaccommodating staff, but cannot complain about the convenience of the complex’s locality.
