Apartment Reviews for The Phoenix - El Paso

Located within walking distance of the Valle Verde Campus of El Paso Community College, The Phoenix apartments are very convenient for the busy student. The apartments are also within walking distance of Cielo Vista Mall as well as several other shopping centers. The complex is only minutes from I-10 westbound, allowing downtown workers an easy commute from a residential area. Most units have laundry amenities, but there are two laundry rooms available for those units that do not include laundry facilities. Although the complex is gated, many reviewers object to the gate being opened and some feel management could be more helpful.
