Cheap!

These are some of the cheapest apartments on the west side. The office was very nice. Safety could have been better, homeless people used the swimming pool for a bath tub more than once while I was there.

    I never saw homeless people use the swimming pool, but it wouldn't surprise me. You pay electric and phone, which is both fairly cheap. These apartments are good for a temporary stay, but not for the long haul.
