I would have to agree with the comment on Nightmare @ WestTown. Services are poor at this complex. For 5 months the staff failed to tell us they had to assing a modem in order for us to use the internet that we have been paying for since day one. Second concern, my A/C went out more than 3 weeks ago and management response (assistant and manager) that it wasn't a 24 hour emergency due to cool wheather and it wouldn't be fixed right away. Go figure, 3 weeks later and still no one has bothered to come by or call me to let me know the status. For some reason, it is not their priority to at least provide the basic curtesy to let you know anything around here. Last, but not least, my tilted toilet which is now liking--haven't bothered either even thought this was reported +3 weeks. Thing is that we liked the apartments for the larger living space, but it ain't worth the hassel with the staff and the funny smells the closets leave in your linen and clothing. These is an old complex.
